Was cold and tasted like it had come out of the fridge then warmed up a little bit the spring rolls were not cooked either. Very disappointing as we have been there before and it was very good

Very disappointed to have been charged $13 more after ordering off the Sylvan Lake Wok Stars actual website. I did not use any delivery service. I simply ordered off their website and when I went in for pick up, was shocked to see their prices are a lot cheaper if I would have called in or walked in. $7.50 more of their website for the dinner for 4 and $2.00 more per single item. Why would their website be more? Then calling in and ordering. Very disappointed. Why are your prices so different if you order off your website?

Sorry 2nd time trying but quality was disappointing. Ginger beef tough, salt and pepper chicken was plain and flavourless. Rice and chow mein were ok. Doubt I’ll try again.

After placing an order at 2:30 for a 6:00 pick up, Good food would have been the reward when the order isn't ready until 6:30. Have are here once before. Will give you one more strike at some point. It won't be anytime soon.
